Seed Free jack is known as the "Jackfruit of the Future" due to its remarkable features: seedless convenience, exceptional sweetness, and extended shelf life. This variety was discovered by a Vietnamese farmer. Its extended shelf life has encouraged commercial cultivation in Kerala, and it will soon be available in markets. It is sweeter than the traditional varieties of jackfruit found in Kerala, with less gum, latex, and fewer rags. It can be easily sliced and eaten like pineapple.
