Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

Keraleaf currently ships across most locations within India.

Delivery availability may vary depending on courier service coverage and local regulations.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Kerala: 2–5 business days

  • South India: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on location and courier operations.

Packaging

All plants are carefully inspected, packed, and secured before dispatch.

We use specialized packaging methods designed to minimize stress and damage during transit.

Despite our best efforts, minor leaf drop or transplant stress may occur during shipping, which is normal for live plants.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight

  • Package dimensions

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor shipment progress.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

Live Plant Disclaimer

Plants are living organisms and may experience minor changes during transit, including:

  • Slight leaf drop

  • Mild yellowing

  • Temporary stress symptoms

These are normal effects of transportation and are not considered shipping damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives severely damaged or if you receive the wrong plant:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs and an unboxing video.

  • Include images of the packaging and shipping label.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
