At Keraleaf, we take great care in selecting, packing, and shipping healthy plants to our customers. Since plants are live products and require special handling, our Refund & Replacement Policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Live Plant Policy

All plants sold by Keraleaf are live products. Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns of plants once they have been shipped or delivered.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Replacement Cases

We may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution if:

  • The plant arrives dead on arrival (DOA).

  • The plant is severely damaged during transit.

  • You receive the wrong plant.

To qualify for a replacement claim:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs and an unboxing video must be provided.

  • The packaging, shipping label, and plant must be visible in the evidence submitted.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Replacement Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement plant will be arranged whenever stock is available.

  • Replacement shipping timelines may vary depending on plant availability and weather conditions.

  • If the same plant is unavailable, Keraleaf may offer:

    • A replacement of equal value,

    • Store credit,

    • Or a refund at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Customer dissatisfaction with plant size, height, branching pattern, or appearance.

  • Minor leaf drop, yellowing, or transplant stress.

  • Damage caused after delivery.

  • Improper care, watering, sunlight exposure, repotting, or neglect.

  • Delayed planting after receipt.

  • Natural variations in foliage, growth habit, color, or shape.

  • Orders refused by the customer.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Natural Variation Disclaimer

Plants are living organisms. Every plant is unique.

The plant you receive may vary slightly from product photographs in:

  • Height

  • Branching structure

  • Leaf size

  • Leaf color

  • Growth stage

  • Fruiting stage

Such variations are natural and are not considered defects.

Shipping & Transit Responsibility

Every plant is inspected and carefully packed before dispatch.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines may be influenced by factors beyond our control. While we work closely with shipping partners to ensure safe delivery, Keraleaf cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for live plant purchases.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • A replacement cannot be provided,

  • Store credit is not accepted,

  • And the claim has been approved by our support team.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
