This variety is known for its rich, creamy, and tender texture with a naturally sweet, juicy pulp that melts in the mouth. The flavor is intense and aromatic, making it highly sought after in both domestic and international markets. Alphonso mango pulp is widely used in the preparation of desserts and beverages such as sorbet, ice cream, lassi, soufflé, mousse, puree, and fresh juice.
